No Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items once they are delivered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
